You have to include the 54 shares of HLIT and 0.27 HLIT/Cash into the equation which means the option price won't change drastically. Cetris paribus, the put price would remain the same.

On May 3rd, C-Cube Semiconductor will change its name to C-Cube Microsystems. It will trade under the symbol CUBE.
