By man's nature. Man's nature is by no means consistent. Man's nature has come up with all different sorts of ideas about "rights". Man's nature has built man's societies- from society to society these ideas differ. If man had one constant nature you would expect one law- everywhere, all the time. We don't have that.

The only tool man has for survival is his mind. He must think and reason to live. This is
the reason that a capitalist society is the moral and socialist evil. Reasonable and rational ideas can be put forward in support of socialist societies. Pure capitalism could be painted as very ugly and "evil"- if one believes in "evil". Again- you are operating on a level of belief here- I accept that Capitalism is your religion- but you can't prove it is "good" and "moral" and that socialism is "evil" and "immoral". Ranting about it and saying it IS so doesn't prove anything.

In a socialist society, as Kholt has said, rights are a societal construct, which means that
they can be anything.

A Nazi or Communist concentration camp is no more and no less objectionable than the
summer camp I went to as a kid.

A key component of those systems is that it is illegal to have ideas different than those
sanctioned by the mob.

The result of such a system, as even you have to acknowledge, is death.

It is no accident that when socialists take power they first kill all the intellectuals. It is only SOME societies where "all" (and all isn't even true) the intellectuals are killed. Lots of non- socialist countries have killed intellectuals. Intellectuals are nasty to have around when you are trying to ram ANY absolute belief down the throat of a populace. Intellectuals tend to stand up to anyone ranting on and on about how something is absolute. For example YOU would be an ideal target for an intellectual to parody and critique, were there to be intellectuals available for this task.
