Dear Paul:

IE is not part of the OS. Is a car radio part of the car? A car runs without its radio. IE is not, nor ever has been, an essential part of Windows. The steps to make it unremovable are simply a way to force users to pay for it and force users to use it. In Linux, one can choose the User Interface, be it a command line based or GUI. The user interface never needs to be integrated (or should it be). You are just spewing what Microsoft wants you to think. That does not make it true. In the trial, they showed it was not true.
