All of this massive verbiage on you part - and boy you do have verbal diarreah - serves I guess to evade the question of natural law - the right of a child to be with his father and vice versa. The thing that really seems to stick in your craw is that the child may go back to Cuba instead of staying in the good old US of A.

OT again...

You are a Republican per prior discussions with you-- not a Libertarian.

I believe in more libertarian principles than the Party. But, that is another story.

I am a Founder here-- check it out:

Can you understand any of that?

Ron, you are not in military anymore-- no need to keep the brainwashing on Cuba...

OT: the Cuban government has seized those assets and made them property of the state. I guess possession is 9/10th of the law, even in Cuba... eh?

Allow me to modify your statement as follows:
the Miami family has seized Elian and made him property of the relatives. I guess possession is 9/10th of the law, even in Miami... eh?

Can't you see that what was going on in "Little Habana" was exactly the behavior you detest so much?

1950's rhetoric from you...or Rush...or Ollie isn't fooling the majority of Americans - look at the polls, all the polls.

Regards,
Jay
ps: I see that Trent Lott, et al, have decided to "postpone" the inquiry into the "seizing" of Elian - could it be that they and their Party are, finally, tiring of shooting themselves in the foot? Naaah.
