As I have mentioned before, there is a great dislike, in this country, for the fact that hispanics will be in the majority within about 50 years. I, personally, would rather see the U.S. continue as a melting pot of all races and cultures, and not just hispanic. Unfortunately, that will not be the case. In less than one lifespan, Americans who belong to racial and ethnic minority groups will outnumber non-Hispanic whites. Blacks, Asians, Native Americans, and Hispanics will attain the U.S. majority shortly after the year 2050 , according to Census Bureau projections....But Miami is different. Only a xenophobic bigot, who cherishes a monolithic view of all ancestries and races but his own, would view this as "Unfortunate."
