Rocketman: Will watch MTN. Been awhile since I pulled it up. I believe we discussed this a couple of months ago. You need to zip through that area again someday and just see how the wealth effect has hit that area. It is unbelievable. The amount of wealth displayed by the growth, the continued construction, is obnoxious. Owning up there I keep tabs on the real estate market from Breck through the Vail pass to Beaver/Avon. I get these statistics monthly. I keep waiting for the chart to show negative...... it doesn't! I can't believe it. Oh well... The bull market.... I said the other night I thought we had another 10 years. I still believe that. I'm as bullish as they come and usually stay fully invested. Let the bulls run! Later Rocketman. Rick
