prosecutors have what is called "prosecutorial discretion" ... without booking anyone.

So they DID break some law? Why haven't we heard anything about it? Since they were acting on the advice of several lawyers, are their lawyers due for possible problems later too?

Or, is it possible that no laws were broken, and that the SWAT grab was a show of force to demonstrate power, not to enforce the law?
