Well--- actually- no, you didn't-- verbatim from my profile is- To live is so startling, it leaves little room for other occupations. -Emily Dickinson- But if it's important to you, you're wrong and I'm also wrong either in my post or on my profile. But what the heck are you trying to say? Dickinson is speaking of the incredible wonders of life, of love, of nature,which are available to all of us, everywhere; she wrote from inner insights, not about the political world. There have been great writers and poets under all political regimes. So I am lost---again-- by your comments. For all I know I could agree with you, but these mysterious statements are so incomprehensible, they defy interpretation.
