i never opened my account because of Gomez or any other rankings in the first place, so... i couldn't care less about all those different rankings. it's your own experience that counts. ETrade opening 608,000 NET new accounts (net new, that means even after those who left; and it doesn't even include the customers at its international operations like ETrade Australia, UK, Japan, France, etc) says more than all those rankings combined. very very few are leaving ETrade, attrition rate is very low.
