That's a good analogy.

You know, it's funny, but I remember the days that conservative Republicans advocated putting up an electrified fence between the U.S. and Mexico so that migras would be fried attempting to enter illegally. Men, women, children; didn't matter. This, in the days when Mexico was ruled by a one-party system whose chief politicos could have given Castro lessons in brutality, corruption and oppression. (The "joke" in Mexico was that murders were not reported to the police because they had themselves committed 90% of them).

How times have changed!
