I'm not distorting the issue. You wanted to know what other law enforcers had the power to harm you unjustly, while you were peacefully going about your business. Whether or not you support them, you are in greater danger of harm from your local police than from the FBI, the IRS or, most certainly, the INS. I'm sorry the facts don't provide you a soapbox from which to attack the federal government, as apparently that's your sole focus.
