Interesting concept. But then, it looks more like a gag. Why won't I buy one of the classic microcap funds, or, if I'm so inclined, buy the stock?

ESOL, you say? I remember ESOL as a casino play in January which was good for the usual 100% jolts (like so many others), but the company stinks.
With negative operating CF for 2 years, a negative equity and still some intangibles to go (to write off). Why don't they buy one of the several internuts which trade at, or below cash, meanwhile and can easily turn around when they add a viable business.
