i don't think anyone shud read too much in the inactivity here. if you hade any shares in the last 30 days you received the annual report and invitation to the annual soireee in may. as we know the financials have been out of favor, the online banks generally aren't now seen as winners and the market has been in turmoil this month, april. OTOH, USAB has done well in increasing deposits over the last 2Qs with the continuing rollouts of investor and savings related capabilities (You all have seen the site right?) Ken T knows what he's doing in terms of building share...however, right now i think the market dynamics and the inevitable raise in interest rate will hang over the market, to this sector's detriment, in the short term.
Mostly in since the IPO...

Just hanging in watching....I sold some of my shares before they really went south and I'm still long with some, but don't know what is going on.

KG,

Actually looks (to me) like an OK buy these days.

- Price stabilized,
- MACD just turned positive.
- Mkt cap is 15mm, a little more reasonable
- Nice deal on the e-machines (2MM people a button away)

Downsides

- How much cash is left v. how long to break even???? I'm just guessing now, but my guess is that USAB will need more financing to survive
- (0.38) 4Q99 earnings not attractive to street right now

JMHO, KD
