Joe Mintz, How true. I can remember the BreX days when some investors are convinced that they will be proven right and that there is gold in Busang. It's quite amazing what people who buy on the dip will believe. I'm not comparing the companies, just parallels in investor psychology and expected movement patterns of the two stocks in the coming days as this drama plays out. On the bright side, if you can get the stock certificates, they may be of historical value and become a collectors' item. By the time I tried to buy the BreX stocks just to get the certificates, it was too late, don't want to miss out on this one. Timing is everything here. Part of it will depend on the particulars of the appeal process. It is probably true that it will take quite a while, and during that time, the stock may gyrate a bit depending on how each side appears to be doing.
