Now I'm really curious. I received several PM's from Mr. Zimmer, essentially "hang in there"..."3:1 split on the way"...That was after I had been stopped out, and it convinced me I had done the correct thing because it seemed so "insiderish"....esp. the split message which would have been a board decision not available to the public.

Did many of us receive similar?

And who, during the "D" part, was doing the selling...is there any way we could uncover that information ourselves, or does it take an SEC investigation to do so?

and...."taken a position in INTF"....now we need to know what the definition if "in" is!...in the stock? in the company? in the banking firm behind it?

I agree Peter, StockHawk's post was provocative. He raised a key point about Project HUNT...perhaps two should do the report. Might be troublesome, but maybe it should take two to accept a nomination. You see, at the moment, if someone proposes to me that a report be done, and someone else or that same person, offers to do it, then it gets accepted, by me alone. Maybe that should change. My role has been as "recording secretary" not as "peer review chairman".

Perhaps we need a nominations review committee, two, maybe three others who agree to separately do a quick look at any proposed nomination. If two of three say OK, I'd proceed with finding a Project Leader.

Clearly, as things now stand, this could happen again too easily. I'm uncomfortable with the present weakness.
