Steve, I have no idea what red hat's long term business plan is. There was a Linux show some time ago in New York, and there was this startup that was pushing the open source concept very hard. They had a product, which would be free to customers who themselves adhered to Open Source, but they would charge you money otherwise. A friend of mine asked them what would happen to your their company if all of their customers indeed adhered to Open Source. The presenter was obviously not comfortable with the question. He just said that the company would not do very well. Joe
