Diamond Jim: You are absolutely right that Nokia's brand recognition and reputation of quality are major advantages that Nokia has.

And it may well be that Nokia can use the Chinese mainland and Taiwan as "no name" production facilities for Nokia to combine Nokia's considerable software skills and deep experience in GSM to major advantage.

If Nokia would just find a way to be on top of both DS and MC for the next generation there is no reason Nokia could not be far and away the number one wireless phone company in the world.

I have just been suggesting realism and a clear view of the coming data tornado and the wireless / internet nexus where strings to the bow such as HDR would be useful to round out Nokia's offerings over the next couple of years.

Best.
