Glad it works. I will try to keep the data updated since the data for the market analysis actually comes from my pnfcharts.com site and not from yahoo.com. I'm going to try to keep it updated at least once a week, but might happen more often depending on my free time :-).

As far as how to use them, the adv/dec oscillator is a short-term indicator, I just follow the columns, i.e. bullish if in Xs and at a low point, bearish if in Os and at a high point. The adv/dec summation index is a longer term indicator, and I basically just follow the columns here too.

The others like percent of stocks above 200 day moving average, 40 day moving average and new high/new low ratio are obvious -- again, a column of Xs going from a low point is bullish, a column of Os coming down from a high point is bearish.
