Hi Bosco,

I have heard (via a stock newsletter that I receive) that the Prism IPO and the tracking stock may be done by 6/30/2000. If so, that would be a real support to the stock price.

But so much depends on the status of the IPO market. I think the Prism IPO will be able to get off the ground for sure, but the tracking stock may have some problems - due to its net holdings. (However, its biotech holdings may offer some promise).
