For one, I don't think NSCP even had 30% of the market. Secondly, most of the serious coding is done for intranets, where there is a more homogenous, controlled environment. That is where you see most of the client specific code being written. Nav is too far behind the times in terms of functionality and flexibility. I just tried NAv v. 6 and it is unstable as hell. IE 6 should be waiting out in the wings somewhere as well.
