Actually, if you take the time to read the reasons listed on their site, it makes a lot of sense. It's small so they can make a difference. It's turning around so there is potential. The issues that they address involve shareholder rights and management accountability and they make arguments that this will be the difference between failure or success. They have been up front and indicated they need to be successful with their first few ventures. Give them a shot and see if it works. I don't know many others who are working to enhance shareholder rights. The SI gurus who profess to do this are certainly not examples to follow.

Francois "Two Wrongs Make a Right" Goelo's post and contention that the OTC BB will have to PASS ZSUNE (formerly ZSUN) in order to prevent lawsuits being filed against them, will go down in history as the most idiotic post of all time. In case you missed it, here it is again: To: Frank_Ching who wrote (7552) From: Francois Goelo Frank, even if OTC-BB has made a mistake, ZSUN has PASSED, IMO... and I don't see this being taken back, as there could be immediate Lawsuits against them... The list was published on 24th April and there are no correction 2 days later, after all the phone calls made by the SHORTER/BASHERS to the OTC-BB... This means, IMO that the PASS will remain and they'll just have to list the correct Cusip # and revert to the current symbol... BTW, ZYTECH is NOT ELIGIBLE, so there can't be any confusion between the 2 Companies...
