Let any of them (or their publicity-seeking lawyers) make a comment and the stock will lose 4 points. This will be true for the next 3 years! And if any of them actually file suit, it will be lots worse than that for msft shareholders. <<the appeal has good chance of ruling in MS favor and throw out doj19 case, >> On what do you base that opinion? <<then what? gov appeal to supreme court and how long will that take? >> then what? The same as now- a big dark cloud over this stock, with key people steadily leaving the company and cashing in their stock options into the float! Supreme Court justices have to DIE before they are replaced! Most of them are not quite ready to die! Victor
