Hmmm, very strange. You running '98? On my other computer I used to have a jumping marlin, well I didn't know how to expand the picture so I had 49 marlins jumping. If you can't get it figured let me know in 10 days. My techie friend is taking finals now and is busy. He works from home mainly and has 4 computers hooked into a Fortune top ten company to do repairs on their main frame programs. He built the computers and sold them to the company which then gave them back to him. You may have to load it to a file and them use it as wallpaper. My marlins were GIFs which load a lot faster than JPEGs. Or so I was told.
