I thought AT&T Wireless was committed to EDGE? Eric, The discussion on the AWE(ful) thread is so playful (although I am not sure the AWE-struck know it) that I cannot tell whether you are joking. I think AT&T is currently committed to EDGE. I was just noting that quite a few of the AWE-struck did not seem to groc the diff. betw. TDMA and CDMA. Someone in AWE not understanding CDMA v. TDMA, at least at an elementary level, is just as scary as someone in QCOM not understanding that difference. saukriver
