Counter rally He laid out specific conditions such as visiting recent lows on low volume, convergence of market internals (advance/decline, high/lows I guess). In the past when he hsa discussed sucker rallies, he called them sucker rallies. No, I think he sees a trading opportunity here. Having it both ways. Yes, that is what I meant FWIW. I was responding to an opinion that Bob would ignore the NASDAQ when it goes down, like he did when it went up. Bob brings a lot of experience to the mike. That's why I listen. He also hedges his opinions to cover himself. that's why I ask for other opinions, such as yours. Anyway, my take is that he sees a bottoming process although his model is still negative. Thus, he is not going long but will trade the upcoming rally. Dick
