Semiconductor Stocks Point & Figure Sector Bullish Percent chart shows Semiconductor Index got as low as 6 a few weeks ago, now is at 38, meaning 38% of the component stocks are on P&F BUY signals. Typical reversals from under 30 readings result in runs to 80-90, so this move may be just beginning. My Advanced GET chart shows SOX completing a Wave 4 low on April 14 with an indicated Wave 5 target of at a minimum old highs of March 14, maybe even 10% higher highs. A
