This is where the case really gets sick. The States and their hired gun Attorneys see dollar signs a la the Tobacco companies.
This is where even the Microsoft haters need to draw the line. Most anti-MS folk here miss the point and scope of what's going on.

Interesting observation. I did not know that. I wouldn't be surprised if they are not hoping for another big settlement (=money grab) like the tobacco settlement.
