re. Steve Bradford in Maricopa County in 1996, here's a public record (a docket for a civil case where he and his wife were defendants). Note sure exactly who the plaintiff "Wayne Howard Defined Benefit Pension" might be. There's an attorney by that name in Phoenix, and there's an insurer in California. Also not sure if it means the Bradfords were living in Maricopa County at the time.
