That is what I've been saying, and what people don't want to hear. The radical Republicans screamed for years for the INS to be given these extraordinary powers. And they lobbied for years for far-right Justices who would overturn the Warren Court's search and seizure rulings. Now, they taste the bitter fruits of their victories. The radical right now attacks "trial lawyers" in their effort to strip ordinary citizens of any redress against corporate wrongdoers. Don't be fooled by them again!!!!!
