Hello Inder.

The good companies rise a couple of weeks ahead of the lockup but they all fall just before the lockup. They are a bit tricky to play after their lockup. Some never come back. Depending on the number of shares hitting the market, the demand on the instructional side, and the shape of the market, it could take a few weeks for the good companies to come back.

EFNT is up the road from us. We lost one candidate to them about a month ago because they offered stock options and we didn't. That was when the stock was ~120. After this drop, I guess the candidate should be happy since her options would be priced at lower price once she starts working for them.

Clint

Hi Inder,

It looks like BKHM is behaving better than expected, up 32 points since we talked about it, on the run up to the end of the quiet period of this IPO (May 8?). It basically stayed in a protected range due to the small float and the fact that it is a hot sector, so things unfolded as expected. It will be interesting to see what price target they put on the stock once the quiet period is over.
