Yes, and I find that irrelevant.

How could have Microsoft not known it is a Monopoly? They can write million line of code but they can't figure out what is obvious to every computer user? Please!

Beside, DOJ and Janet Reno investigated Microsoft years ago and to my dismay just gave them a warning. They investigated them for anti competitive monopolistic behavior. They said, don't do it again because "we are watching you!". I remember these exact words from Janet Reno's mouth in a conference call years ago. MSFT went on about its business and disregarded the warning. I am glad this time DOJ had the balls to hold this law which is very necessary.
