JP: As a percentage of a new computer's price, it's tripled.


Are you suggesting that people who buy the top of the line Thunderbird PC with all the bells and whistles should pay more for the OS than people who buy a basic stripped down e-Machines Celeron computer? What if I upgrade my system with more memory, faster CPU, bigger hard disk? Should I send a check to MSFT?
