MOAT, that was their year end financials. Now they are filing their quarterly financials which are due 5/14/00. I spoke to management late Friday. They told me that they would love to give us some news tomorrow if they had it. They say they have a lot of things in the works, but they are not going to give us any news until it is official. Time line on news I don't know. We have to remain patient. The letter, I don't know the details of the letter. I will attempt to find that out for you today. I don't believe it is anything to worry about. We are not going to see any type of share dilution. If anything; I am sure the letter will be positive. It may be just a formality letter on a new director or re election of the current board. I am long on the stock. I have a lot of faith in management. I have visited with them directly. I feel quite confident they will make a go of it. Cheers RG
