Michael, I lurk here because I find you and your threaders to be the most articulate for the bear case. I am very interested, however, in the books you reviewed but moreso in what your personal program may be. Care to share? I'm 48 and lift three times a week: back/biceps; legs;, chest/triceps. Try to do one or two taibo hours as well, usually ends up being one.

MB, I didn't see a coupon on your Barnes&Noble alert. How does it work? Thanks.

I enjoyed your reviews of the various body building books; I'll be checking out the one you gave 5 stars soon. Tales of incest and voyeurism aren't high on my list, so I'll pass on 'Harlot.' *g*

You've been very quiet about options lately; are you waiting for an entry point to take advantage of this years performance of the summer doldrums?

Thanks,
Dave
