Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to actually be listed, once it has been filed?

Carolyn,

It can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months, depending on the backlog by NASD and the SEC and whether they have any questions that require the company to more fully disclose certain information.

It also helps if they have a high powered lobbyist... :0)

Regards,

Ron

Why no movement upward if they have these great contracts signed?

NASDAQ or no NASDAQ....a big contract (if it is real) should give a small company a big bump and this is not happening.

The question is why?
