Is this a lunchtime dip or something more serious? DMI on the Compx 15 minute and shorter is tired. What are you seeing?

Rande, FYI All : how are recent ipos doing?

Not so good for anyone who bought and held a month ago., but as posted last week they are some great trades going on here, it's in and out, iam not thinking LT just yet. I like it when K. Shea fires up the volumizer but i agree 100% with Kevin this market is different for IPO's for sure, ie., not much enthusiasm etc...so careful all....most of the moves iam seeing in this list, i feel alot of short covering going on?

here is my A list (i.e, good companies for the most part, great swings in price, certianly a bit subjective) back to Dec 99, chronlogical order from most recent back. My top picks from the list last week have been great traders, and hey they might be the next $100 stock if we can put this market in high gear again.

More later, update on plays etc. (given i have time, very busy doing DD).

SAGI EXPE IBAS DCCA COBT KQIP

my ipo blurb from 4-21-00

FYI ALL : a very well researched and monitored list of IPO's

I have been through what seems like a half dozen of the boom to bust cycles in techs and internets ( i got interested in it all this with the YHOO ipo in 6/96).

First stocks to get pounded into the ground are the recent ipo's for any given time period per the the bust cycle. I see little clear "data" for the depth of this recent selloff (i.e. read
manipulation that turned into a fire storm of selling and margin calls...feeding on itself)

Well here we are again folks. Below is a list of tech ipo's i follow (from Dec 99 to April 00). Many of these imho are great companies with great futures (see the short list for my focus
picks).

Have a look at the trading ranges for the last 2 weeks (sure there are many techs stocks with this pattern). But the play here is leading edge tech ipo's, who iam almost sure given my read
of historical behavior during a complete bust to boom cyle will give you 200% + on many of them AGAIN ..FROM PRESENT LEVELS.

WARNING : For now this is a trading list only, get in low (well below the first day open price? well below initial offering price?) get out with short term swing up, may YOU and your
DD tell you which to hold for the boom days, above all KNOW the 180 day lock-up expirations as i predict there will be vicious selling htis time round...

imho... by the nature of the markets NOW, booms are a self-fulfilling dynamic...the "powers that be" run em up, run em down.

Short list :

SABA WBSN SLTC WEBM ONDS AVNX QEDI TSTN TRRA

Happy digging, happy trading

Kaliico

PS :note : this is a very risky trading idea, but, executed correctly will give VG gains, it works for me. STAY OUT!, if you have limited trading experience. This is only provided as an
idea, not a recommendation to buy.
