Hello Confluence,

Food for thought! Personally I still think that CJ in his new capacity in explorations might still pull a rabbit out of the hat. At least I have not given up hope yet.

It seems to me that the new CEO is in effect putting his tail between his legs and running for cover with this move south. Moving is not solving the problem. Therefore I will reserve judgement on Banning.

Anyways with Nasdak coming to Canada in June it seems pointless. In fact my understanding (limited in this area as all the details have not been released) suggest that a listed Canadian company will have to wait at least one year before the Nasdak will list them. This could cause some problems for SUF or not. I just do not have enough information to tell. If someone has more insight please feel free to elaborate.

Anyways still hanging in there and still hopeful.

Cheers !!! Peter

Excellent post, Confluence!

But what options are there? For the BOD, for us,
shareholders? Are the TSE guidelines open the door for a class-action?
Other than being vocal at the upcoming AGM, and getting a usually-vague answer, as in the past from CJ, what can we, small investors, do about the BOD's lack-luster performance (and Im being kind....)? Can we pull our voting shares together to make a difference? As long as we are split into a thousand pieces, we are not going to achieve anything substantial, other than gripe about it in chat rooms like this one! Is it time for a pro-active movement on our part?
I suspect the AGM once again will hear that blame rests elsewhere and not with the BOD... Didn't we hear that before with M1, etc...? There's always an excuse... such as a particular brokerage house is +against+ SUF; DBRS is trying to undermine SUF... and so on and so on! Isn't it time for some serious investor input... and I don't mean a meeting with the BOD -- it was a good effort and produced +some+ positive change in the removal of CJ...

Any thoughts?
Regards.
