SunSpot NGWS belongs to the apps company, and it is up to the Windows company to make their platform the most competitive delivering NGWS. Surely you are not putting the cart before the horse here ?! What else will an apps company specify that an OS company must retrofit into an OS ? Must, no less <: May be that's how govt. works. First a program is defined and then they find ways to tax citizens in order to fund the program. After a few years, they fund a commission to study the program's effectiveness. Regards Dinesh
