As advanced as you are in the understanding of the goldmarket with all your research, just how do YOU believe one goes about "selling into the market" 400oz gold bars with swaztikas on them? And even those withOUT swaztika markings... Just who is "the market?" How will it be "advertised?" How will it be "delivered?" Who will take care of the tremendous amount of money involved, i.e., the "middle bank" Who... I think you get the pix. Besides, I have in my archives the BIS references to mechanics as to how THE BIS'll be handling this quantity for the Swiss.
