Forbes picked Motley Fool as their favorite investing message board, but the readers apparently feel differently.

Let's all go vote and let them know what the best site is on the web.

deja.com

Just click on the message board name link and place your ratings.

Who's idea was it to move the stock quote etc. to the top of the messages page????

Hope it wasn't yours Bryan.

I hate it.

When I click on the messages I'm not interested in the quote, I'm interested in the messages.

It was better at the bottom.

Hi Bryan, Why did you guys put in this "Moderated Thread" stuff???

Now I'll admit I'm having fun with it on Janice's INTC BASHERS ONLY thread BUT I thought the whole idea was an interchange of ideas.

Ya can't have an interchange of ideas, viewpoints and opinions on a Moderated Thread.

Also the "Ignore" feature seems to handle unwanted intruders well enough.

Now this takes me one step further. The group here has been asking for "clubs" and clubs are moderated threads only private.

Why didn't you just put in the Club Feature??

Bryan these are really sincere questions.

TIA

:-)

Bryan, duplicate posts are getting to be a real problem. Any idea what's causing them of late?

Bryan, another "Think Tank Idea":

It would be nice to see on the homepage a link section entitled. "Threads started in the last 7 days" or something like that.

This would alert others to new threads being started without the person having to spam around the threads. You could put it under the Hot coffee Talk thread area.

Bryan, this is kind of interesting...over at this site, interstocknews.com, if you hit any of the "company names" it brings you over to the market guide powered section of SI.....is that some kind of formal arrangement or can a .com just do that on their own without asking you? This page of theirs takes a while to load for some reason so just wait and it will show up.
