CHCL aka CHCLE is late in filing its 10k. Earlier, Harry Ho Ho Ho filed an NT-10k reporting that he was too busy cavorting about in Pakistan to file on time, but that expected to file within the 15 day extension. He was unsuccessful in doing so, however. Thus, the stock is now CHCLE. Looks like an invalid incorporation is not their only problem. BTW, the previous two 10k's were strangely missing the name of the auditor. Reminds me of AZNT. Only if you go all the way back to 1998, can you find a CHCL 10k where they did give the name of the auditor. It was the illustrious Blackman Kallick Bartelstein in Chicago, IL. BTW, I like the classification in the corporate records you cited: SIC Description: AMUSEMENT AND RECREATION
