On the subject of headgear, when my dad had his clothing store he carried a style of Stetson hat called the Open Road in the color of Silver Belly both in blocked (pre creased) and unblocked. Mainly sold them to sheriffs, US Marshals and livestock farmers. One old guy said he'd never wear anything but a Stetson because he had used them to water his horse when he was ranching out west and they held water the best. He always bought the unblocked and showed me how to blow the crease in the top. You stick your thumbs inside about 2/3 of the way up at the front and back and blow. Of course moving your thumbs apart helps but it's a better show if you blow on the hat.
