Anyone know what's up with PENG today?

Perhaps the best managed E&P out there, IMO.

JQP, I do hope that you continue to find time to post as counting you mounting profits is no doubt demanding more of your time. FWIW, I don't think this is a range-trading market for the E&P's either. I broke my own rules in early March to load up on the E&P's (using margin and violating diversification rules) and have now sold enough shares to correct that situation. So many of these companies still look so dang undervalued that I'll now be happy to sit through any retracements. This idea that one can/should only own stocks when they go up is somewhat humorous, IMO.

Cheers!

JQP,

I see XTO, OEI and VPI are looking very good today.
That makes me happy. But when I sold BR I also moved
into another one of your picks.

For me EEE has been disappointing. Are you still
bullish on this one also? I don't recall your price
objective on that one - it's been a while.

Any comments would be appreciated.

I don't plan to start trimming XTO until $20.00. So far I've sold 100% of APC, BR, UPR, EOG, FST, and PXD. I've sold half of my NBL, and still hold all of my APA, OEI, SFS, BSNX, OXY, XTO, CRK, and RGO.

I'm mostly in OSX stocks and laggards. My largest OSX positions are in KEY, FLC, NR, HOFF, PGO, RIG, HAL, DO, TDW, MDR, VTS.N, and BHI in that order.

Not a bad day today,

Jim
