They are just talking about it now!Wednesday April 26, 8:02 am Eastern Time Meridian Holdings mulls stock split, other options LOS ANGELES, April 26 (Reuters) - Meridian Holdings Inc.'s (OTC BB:MEHO.OB - news) board is considering several options including a stock split after shareholder concerns about the stock's liquidity, the company said on Wednesday. Meridian, which focuses on acquiring companies involved in business-to-business electronic commerce, currently has about 31 million shares of outstanding common stock and has about 307,000 shares in the public float. The board is expected to evaluate the various alternatives and make its determination within the next 30 days, it said. SSP & others! By the way, I am taking a count of how many shares of MEHO are being held by investors on the RB board. If any one here is in MEHO & would care to share their holdings info I would greatly appreciate it! There is only 307,000 in the float & right now the total of longs on RB is 82,450 shares.
