Remember the guy who got both his legs but off because he tied himself to the railroad tracks? I think he sued the railroad.I can't remember if he was protesting tree cutting or weapons- I think it was Nukes travelling by rail. But either way- dumb choice to tie himself to the railroad tracks. One can take very stupid actions in pursuit of a good cause (and I think that is what is happening here).

If you want tighter reins on the INS, and you really understand what it will mean if they do not have the powers they currently have, then WORK to change the way the INS is run.

edit- this was just a general statement- it wasn't aimed at you.
