DWB, my guess is 1,080,000 access lines @$3,600 each is about $3.89 Billion.

I think there's a couple of people on this thread that could do a better job of valueing the ILEC stuff, but i think i'm within half a billion.

Don't know . . . that area (ILEC) is a bit out of my league. Teddy is invested in a few cos that may be similar in the type of access . . . hey Teddy what do you know?
