Now I am getting a check for a small amount of money, the funds were removed from my account on the 24th and instead of sending it over night, they said they sent it via us mail. After a week and a half I have not recieved it and since they did not use priority mail like I asked them too, they can draw this out for months. Great huh! And you want me to write checks? on what? My cash balances change without telling me anything. Compliance has not replied in a month on anything. They have not done anything on even what they have said or even replied to my inquiries about things, In fact I had made 6 requests for checks but only got a reply to one a week later which was the chekc they are supposed to have already mailed out last week. Next week I am going to start letting the shit fly! The weather is too nice for me to do anything right now. How about lets try this other way, Get track's brokerage license revoked from the states I do have some control over? Much better use of my time and energy.
