charred,

Regarding your comments on the metallurgy, it is clear that of course PFG will need to do a lot more metallurgical testing, of various grade levels, rock types, etc. Bottle roll testing is just the first round.

I don't think at this stage we as investors, should read too much into the exact proportion (2 of 5 samples from the carbonaceous rock), but it seems clear they did want to test the carbon-bearing rock. Even though it is only a maximum of 6% of the volume of mineralization down to 175m, the carbonaceous rock generally does occur in the horizon that tends to give the best grades, and could represent enough ounces that it is worth figuring out what they are dealing with, so from that point of view, the testing was important. Keep in mind that the bottle roll tests are the first step in a two step metallurgical test. It is my understanding that material from the same five bulk samples will be used for column leach tests and I've been told the company definitely wants to do column leach tests on the carbon-bearing rock. PFG could have just not done the bottle roll tests, knowing that they were going to be inconclusive, but that could have been construed as misleading, or trying to hide information.

Why didn't PFG collect high grade material? Barb informs me that it is because they believe the average grade of Luicho is not going to be 'high' grade. Yes, they do have higher grade sections, fairly substantial ones at that, and yes, they will also be tested, but as a first round, they wanted to test material at the lower grade range so that we would know what the bottom line is.

Hope this helps,
