LOL. The Nihon Keizai newspaper today said DDI has decided to adopt Qualcomm's technology. DDI Managing Director Ryuichi Kinoshita called the report "speculation." Denial, relief, denial, relief, denial, relief........ Wait a minute, we're talking about 3-5 million subscribers already using CDMAOne in Japan, which has an annual handset replacement rate of 100%? Ding dong, anger, denial, grasping at straws, ding dong, anger, denial, grasping at straws.........ding dong LOL. While children are grasping for straws and lashing out incoherently at anybody within spitting distance, grownups are reserving judgement until the USA-Japan bilateral trade talks in a week or two.
