As a resident Yankee I have tried to up hold the finest of Northern traditions. I have slandered, cheated at every turn, and stolen money to take the very food right out of your children's mouths. But I have never done anything to deserve to be lumped with Bishop Land. Don't sully the term Yankee by including him in it. Druss

BAM... I need to go to work, so let me share with you what really pissed me off about this fella, Land: He was asked not to correspond with someone and instead of complying (or pushing one last post to confirm), he retorts with defiance. Speaking from experience...if a girl asks me not to call her, I don't. The world is public; the phone system is public; but people have a right to their individual choices and their dignity. To force oneself on others is an act of rapine. When someone does not want your company...you don't force it upon them unless it is an act of self defense (verbal or otherwise). And that goes for ones opinions, beliefs, etc. Oh well. I hope he looks to his church and improves his ministering to others... As regards your reference to "Yanks"--Thank God I'm Canadian :)
